But at work I fought this for a few hours. So I thought I&#8217;d share.<br \/>\nCreate Server, Add to domain, etc\u2026<br \/>\n<strong>Install WDS Role.<\/strong><br \/>\nAccept all defaults for adding the role.<br \/>\nIf you are attaching iSCSI directly, in our case we will need to add in another virtual NIC\/NIC (WDS\/TFP does NOT PLAY NICE WITH TWO ADDRESSES ON ONE ADAPTOR) This was the solution to my PXE-E32 error\/TFTP Timeout\/Proxy Timeout 4011 Errors.<br \/>\n<strong>Set the addresses.<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.postinger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/image01.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-103\" title=\"image01\" src=\"https:\/\/www.postinger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/image01.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"627\" height=\"243\" \/><\/a><strong>Configure the DHCP Server<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.postinger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/image02.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-104\" title=\"image02\" src=\"https:\/\/www.postinger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/image02.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"744\" height=\"298\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nSet option 67 to above\u2026 You will see many other recommendations online\u2026this one works for me.<br \/>\nConfiguring WDS \u2013<br \/>\nWhen configuring WDS will ask you to add a boot image\u2026 point it to the windows 2008 r2 disc root. It will pull the files needed to boot your computer.<br \/>\nYou can then add deployment images\/drivers through the GUI<br \/>\nAnd Finally<br \/>\nThrough Admin CMD<br \/>\nWDSUTIL \/Set-Server \/BindPolicy \/Add \/Address:&lt;IP or MAC address&gt; \/AddressType:{IP|MAC}<br \/>\nWDSUTIL \/Set-Server \/BindPolicy \/Policy:Include<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So implementing WDS on an exsisting network should go fairly easy.
